At gsmadda.com, we pride ourselves on speed. Because our delivery systems are largely automated to ensure you get your tools as fast as possible, the window for cancellation is very narrow. Please review our policy below before finalizing your purchase.

1. Cancellation Eligibility

Cancellations are only possible if the order status is "Pending" and the digital asset (activation, credit, or file) has not yet been processed, issued, or delivered to your account.

  • Manual Orders: If you have placed an order that requires manual intervention and we have not yet begun the process, you may request a cancellation.

  • Automated Orders: Please note that many of our server-side activations and credit top-ups happen instantly. These orders cannot be canceled once the "Buy" button is clicked.

2. Non-Eligible Orders (The Point of No Return)

To protect our digital ecosystem, we cannot offer cancellations or reversals in the following scenarios:

  • Instant Activations: Any order that is processed automatically by our server.

  • Accessed Downloads: Once a download link has been clicked or a firmware file has been accessed.

  • Wrong Account/SN Provided: If you provide an incorrect Serial Number (SN), IMEI, or Username for an activation, the order cannot be canceled or refunded once it is submitted to the server. Please double-check your details.

3. The Cancellation Process

If you believe your order is eligible for cancellation:

  1. Act Fast: Contact our support team immediately via our official channels (WhatsApp/Telegram/Email).

  2. Provide Details: Include your Order ID and the Reason for Cancellation.

  3. Review: Our team will check the server logs. If the service has not been triggered, we will stop the process and issue a credit or refund within 24–48 hours.

4. Admin Fees

Please be aware that in the event of a successful cancellation, a small transaction fee (charged by payment gateways like Stripe, PayPal, or Crypto processors) may be deducted from the total refund amount, as these fees are non-recoverable for us.

5. Abuse of Policy

Frequent cancellation requests from the same account may be flagged as suspicious activity. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that use the cancellation process to disrupt our service operations.
