Section 4A – Compliance with Telecommunications Laws and Regulations
Users must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, notifications, and directives issued by the Government of India, including the Telecommunications Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Indian Penal Code, and any other applicable laws governing mobile devices, telecommunications equipment, digital identifiers, and electronic communications.
Any use of our products, software, credits, or services for activities prohibited under applicable law, including tampering with device identifiers, unauthorized network access, fraudulent activities, or unlawful modification of telecommunications equipment, is strictly prohibited.
GSMADDA neither encourages nor authorizes any activity that violates applicable telecommunications laws. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of any software, tool, or service remains fully compliant with all applicable legal requirements.
Section 4B – Third-Party Software and Tool Providers
GSMADDA operates primarily as a reseller, distributor, or service facilitator for various third-party software products and digital services. The functionality, methods, updates, claims, and technical implementation of such third-party software and tools are solely the responsibility of their respective developers and providers.
GSMADDA does not develop, control, supervise, or guarantee the operation of third-party software products and shall not be liable for any actions, consequences, legal proceedings, data loss, device malfunction, or regulatory issues arising from the use or misuse of such third-party products.
Section 4C – Customer Verification and Proof of Ownership
Any mobile phone unlocking, software servicing, repair, data recovery, or modification services performed using products purchased from GSMADDA must only be carried out after reasonable verification that the device belongs to the person requesting the service.
For servicing purposes, repair technicians and service providers should obtain satisfactory proof of lawful ownership, such as the original purchase invoice, purchase receipt, original packaging containing identifiable device details, or other documentary evidence demonstrating lawful possession and ownership of the device.
Government-issued identity documents alone do not establish ownership of a specific mobile device and should not be considered sufficient proof of device ownership by themselves.
The responsibility for customer verification, record keeping, and determining whether sufficient ownership documentation has been obtained rests solely with the repair technician, reseller, or service provider performing the service.
Section 4D – Anti-Theft and Illegal Device Policy
GSMADDA maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward mobile phone theft, possession of stolen devices, unauthorized access, and any activity intended to conceal, facilitate, or benefit from illegal possession of mobile devices.
We strongly support lawful measures and initiatives undertaken by government agencies and law enforcement authorities to combat mobile device theft and other illegal activities affecting the telecommunications and mobile repair industry.
Nothing contained on this website shall be interpreted as promoting, facilitating, encouraging, or authorizing any unlawful activity involving mobile devices.
Section 4E – Limitation of Responsibility

Any attempt to reverse-engineer or bypass the licensing of our tools will result in an immediate and permanent account ban without a refund.
