Since gsmadda.com specializes in intangible, digital goods and instant software activations, we do not issue refunds once the order is "Completed" and the product is delivered. Unlike physical goods, digital assets cannot be "returned," and therefore all sales are final.

1. The "No Return" Rule

All products—including firmware, software licenses, tool activations, and server credits—are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Once the data is sent or the account is activated, the transaction is considered consumed.

2. Limited Refund Eligibility

We only consider refund requests under the following three strict conditions:

  • Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice within a 24-hour period, we will refund the duplicate transaction.

  • Non-Delivery: If a technical error on our side prevented the delivery of your product or download link, and our logs confirm you have not accessed the data.

  • Verified Server Failure: If a specific service is marked as "Offline" or "Down" on our server at the time of purchase and we are unable to fulfill the activation within a reasonable timeframe.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • User Error: Providing an incorrect IMEI, Serial Number (SN), or Username.

  • Incompatibility: Failure to check if your PC or your customer's handset is compatible with the tool.

  • Buyer’s Remorse: Deciding you no longer need the tool after the purchase is complete.

  • Third-Party Updates: If a phone manufacturer releases a security patch that blocks a tool's functionality after your purchase.

4. Technical Issue Protocol

If you claim a tool is not working:

  1. You must provide video proof or log files showing the specific error.

  2. Our technical team will attempt to resolve the issue via remote support (if applicable).

  3. If the issue is proven to be a fault in our file/tool and cannot be fixed, a refund or store credit will be issued at our discretion.

5. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.

  • Email/Support: Contact us with your Order ID and clear evidence of the issue.

  • Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Transaction Fees: Please note that payment gateway fees (e.g., from credit card processors or crypto gateways) are often non-refundable and may be deducted from your total.


Important Warning: Chargebacks

Making a "Chargeback" or "Dispute" through your bank without contacting us first is a violation of these terms. We reserve the right to permanently ban any user and blacklist their device IDs/IMEIs from our servers if a fraudulent dispute is filed.
