Please use Usb Redirector 1.9.7 and add address 185.202.239.235 and it will show 4 options.
Connect phone in Fastboot Mode and Usb Redirector will show option 2
Now open Chrome and enter ping.eu - it will show your ip address on top. 
Copy your ip address and place in the order. 
After that just follow the steps you will recieve after order.
